I have made multiple attempts to claim my Visa Gift Cards with no success. I have sent six emails and have yet to receive a response and made multiple attempts to use the chat option but never get a human and the chatbot seems to be deliberately obtuse. See images below for errors. Please advise on how to best get this issue resolved as I am a fan of Verizon FIOS and recommend it to friends and colleagues on a regular basis.
