In December 2017 we signed up for $40 100 Mbps internet and phone representative promised that the $150 fee shown on the estimate page will be waived. Then January bill came and there is a $150 charge. Called, spent 40 minutes on the phone and got the charge removed. I thought that was it.
Now February bill came and instead of $39.99, it is $189.99 and says $150 is overdue. **bleep**??? This is just dishonest and incompetent. I don't want to spend another 40 min on the phone just to sort out a simple biling issue. Please help.
