I am NEW to VZ. WHen I was approached to switch, I was told my bill would be set up for auto payment from my personal account AND that nit would be deducted on the 29th of each month.

After checking with online support I now have discovered that my bill will be deducted on the 25th of each month.  If I opt out of auto pay then I lose the reduced  bill credit of $10 per month.

The online reps only told me what they cannot do, but nothing about what they CAN do to support  the info I was told while being courted to switch from Cox to VZ.

So, why not tell me the truth about when the bill would be deducted while courting me to switch in the first place????
