Radical Perhaps, But How About Having Staff Respond to Complaints

I am at my wits end with Verizon. Your CEO apparantly can't be bothered responding to emails. I also suggest someone look at all your links, so many are broken. You should be embarassed. Another email was sent and I hope someone responds. Anyone reading this, my most recent problem is that it took Verizon 2 months to credit my account for returned equipment..but of course, it wasn't even done right. They took off the charge for the extra STB but they didn't credit me the $99.99 they originally charged for not returning it.
