There is about a thousand customer service options and none of them are available....wow!  This is incredible!!!  I am currently on hold at one of your customer service numbers (one hour and fifteen minutes and counting).  Also, I went on line and the live chat is not available.  Then, I tried your online self service tool and a green bar runs across the bottom of the page for about 2 minutes and then disappears...again, wow!  I plan to share my experience on the web and hopefully, a great Cablevision commercial results from this horrible experience!

Were you able to get your issue resolved via phone? If not I can get someone to help you.

 

At this time, customers are experiencing extended wait times to reach an agent due to severe weather issues on the East Coast, related to the recent hurricane. 

 

Your Verizon services will be affected until power resumes.  If you do not have power please contact your local power company.  If your power is restored and your Verizon services are still not working, you can report an outage, check status, request a new repair or update an existing repair online at www.Verizon.com/repair .  If some of your Verizon services are working, but not all, you can use the In Home Agent application on your PC to troubleshoot and restore services.   We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

The chat link should be available after the page fully loads.
