Hello,

 

Back in January I received the email stating that I am finaly able to redeem my refer, I went ahead and redeemed the offer, which then stated I have to wait 2-3 weeks too receive the card. its been over 7 weeks, and I have yet to receive the card. I have tried calling but just keep getting transfered or the representatives have no idea how to fix the issue. 

 

Please Help.
