Referal Bonus Missing

I never received my referal bonus after starting service in August, neither did my friend who refered me.  We both received an email 2 months later stating "You’ll receive your My Rewards+ points when your account is paid in full and your service has been active for at least 60 days."

 

This is one of the main reasons I signed up and can't even get Verizon to honor the program!  They've already sent me from Chatting with a representative, who told me to call a number, who kept me on hold for 20 minutes to tell me it's the wrong department.  Please help!
