I opened the account using a referral code. after 2 months of service I contact Customer Service by phone about the referral reward and was told I should get my pre-paid card within a month. It has been one month and I haven't received anything. Also, there is referral status page available on myverizon.com but there is no information except that something is pending or processing since 1/11/19. Can anyone tell me what's going on with the reward? Thank you
