I have three different referral rewards that I have registered for. Two of them are past the two week period it said to wait for the prepaid Mastercard. I've called and chatted with multiple agents that all seem clueless and tell me there's no record of this. It's ridiculous the rewards page can't give a shipping date or tracking information.
