Return Fios Equipment Problem

I am trying to get Verizon off my back. I moved and FIOS is not available in the building. First Verizon is harassing me about moving, demanding al sorts of proof etc. The woman on the phone when I cancelled service had no clue where I can return the boxes. They delivered them and never told me I had to take them back. I am too old to lift the boxes. Also there is no invoice or shipping label. Verizon make Comcast look good. Whayt am I supposed to do?
