Returned Hardware Still Being Billed?

I recently returned a DVR box to verizon and I have checked the delivery confirmation and see that it has been signed for by a Verizon employee. 

 

However in my next billing cycle it looks like am still being charged for a second DVR box up until mid June.

 

Please could someone contact me to determine why this is the case? I can't face wasting another lunchbreak on hold to ask one question!

I am having the same issue. However it is compunded by triple play. The 399.00 has been charged sveral times. And the funds have not been returned.

Google your local political ohmbudsman. Be clear and to the point. 

Mulptiple the funds by a few hundredeople a day. The income to Verizon is huge.
