I returned my router on 07/31/2018, and purchased a new router. Verizon is claiming that the router I purchased is being rented and charging me the equipment fee. Worse, if I want to leave Verizon, they are going to charge me for a router I purchased. I have talked to a billing agent, and they were unable to help. They tried to transfer me to technial services, I have been on hold for over an hour.
PLEASE HAVE A VERIZON AGENT WHO CAN FIX THIS PROBLEM FOR ME. I WILL BE FILLING A COMPLAINT WITH MY STATE'S AG OFFICE AS WELL AS AN FCC COMPLAINT.
