I paid the overdue balance today. How soon until I receive my card? I need it immediately.

Still no update. I was told the card would be mailed on the 15th and it is now the 26th. The site still says processing. Absolutely Ridiculous. No one has responded to my post or sent me a message. I hate to be THAT person who escalated, but I feel I am going to have to.

These are peer to peer forums so no one who knows would usually respond.  Even the moderators would normally respond by opening a report in the private support area.  Sounds like you have one open, and even had a response that it was in progress and to be sent soon.
