This is regarding security deposit refind of 250 dollars that I was asked to put in when I opened my veriozn fios account.
I have called in multiple times to check on the status of my deposit refund.
Every Time I am getting different excuses after staying for hours on call with support people.
There is nobody who is able to confirm the status on this refind. Is there no proper tracking of security deposits
This is completley ludacris and if my deposit is not returned I am cancelling my service with Verizon and switching to time warner... I don't do business with liars.
