Security Deposit double charged for Fios

Signed up for Fios and agreed on the $125 security deposit but account was put on hold for ID verification. After that was done I had to speak to a rep to finish the order in which they said you need to pay the $125 security deposit and the first one would be refunded after 3-5 days. Both charges are still there and no refunds has been given after 2 weeks for one of the security deposit.
