Hi,
Service was added on my bill that I did not order and I have never used.
I was out of the country numerous times last year and as I went over my bills in January 2013, I was shocked to see that a fully loaded Entertainment-Pack with 50% discount was on my bill for the last 12 month.
I´ve called numerous times and I have been told someone will call me back. No one called back, so I cancelled my Service but I am still waiting to solve this problem.

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases".
There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
