Services shut down without notice

I have a bundle services with phone, internet and tv. Recently I contact agent for an option to cancel tv and phone but leave internet along. First, the agent I talked to was rude to me and didn't help me at all. Today, all my services were down with no alert or notification what so ever. I did all my payment on time and I have been with Verizon more than 10 years. I can't believe such thing happening. Please advise.

Call Verizon and ask to have it reinstated.
