My main drainage plumbing line was clogged and the plumber I contracted to clear it performed a video inspection of the line after clearing it. He couldn't give me a warranty on the clearing due to damage to the pipe and told me that the clog would happen again. He reported a break in the pipe near the Verizon FIOS line and told me to contact Verizon. I have previously called Verizon and they sent a contractor to come by and investigate. He said he would follow up with Verizon but never did. What should I do?
