I became eligible on 11/16/18 for the $150 Prepaid Visa due to a August 2018 sign up. The link to register was broken, I got the emails with no link, tried calling, tried facebook messenger. Basically same issues everyone else has been having. Then finally my reward is pending, but "on hold" because my bill wasn't paid.. Except I'm on auto pay so of course it was paid on time - multiple Verizon Customer Service reps have confirmed this.
Now I check and it says I'm no longer eligible and has been cancelled. What gives? Seems like this reward is just a bait and switch to get people to sign up. Please respond and get this fixed.
