Site data inconsistent for bill amount

Logged in to pay bill.

Selected payment method.

Next page -- big letters -- message said "PAID IN FULL" with zero balance.

Go back to current bill -

Shows "PAYMENT LATE" (well by one day!!!) in even bigger letters.

 

Tried a couple of times, same results.

Had to go to actual bill, to copy the amount to be paid so I can pay on the page that insisted I have no balance.

Verizon, as usual, can make the simplest actions hard to do.

 

(and lets not talk about the DVR interface, its getting worse and worse the more they add "features".

Still waiting for the basic "go to beginning of buffer" command to be implemented, but I digress :(( )
