A few months after moving into my new home, I got a bloated Verizon Triple Play bill for over $900. Mostly unreturned equipment charges for HD equipment. I have all standard set top boxes. The HD equipment was under a different account number, so the customer service rep told me how much I had to pay (around $195). Case closed.
I wonder if that's happened to anyone else here? I hate to think that the previous owners of my house forgot to return their equipment/tell Verizon they moved.
