I was suppose to receive my $200 credit towards Samsung for signing up after 31 days of service. It has been 57 days after numerous calls to Verizon and chatting online with reps. I still have not received the promotional offer I was promised. Everytime I call, they tell me they are working on it but receive nothing. Please help.
