In mid Dec. of 2017, I asked to end service of my phone and internet. I had already paid my bill a month ahead according to the representative. I was billed another 2 months and a half or so. I was told my bill would be adjusted, but it is still $214.62. I don't see how I owe anything!!! Why has this not been fixed yet?
