Verizon changed my TV plan without my authorization. I called to change it back to what it was and they want to charge me a prorated fee to change it back to what it was originally. Customer service over the phone is not helpful. She admitted it was a system issue that but she insists thea i have to pay prorated fees to change it back. I refuse to pay extra for thier mistake.
