I recently had the worst experience with verizon. I had heard horror stories about their customer service but (being a satisfied customer) could not imaging how greedy, rude, and unethical these people (verizon and its staff) could be. Not at all afraid to jeopardize customer's trust to make an extra 20 bucks. For such a company it is quite shameful. Those of you reaching the end of their 2year term beware! be sure about your next move and do not count on the 30 day money back guarantee because you will be penalized for changing your mind and the only answer you'll get for it is "well, do you want me to transfer you to the termination department?".

I don't usually write negative reviews but I will make sure to do so about verizon everytime I get a chance - not that they care anyway...

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Before the agent can begin assisting you, they will need to collect further information from you. Please go to your profile page for the forum and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Support Cases". You can reach your profile page by clicking on your name beside your post, or at the top left of this page underneath the title of the board.

Under "My Support Cases" you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis, as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
