Verizon is run by machines with customers and staff being an inconvenience.<br><br>18 hours AFTER the account access pin was changed on our account, we received a call to confirm whether the change was ok. The call was received at 8 AM on a Saturday morning - the only day when sleeping passes 6 AM is ok.<br><br>This call:<br>Too late after the change<br>At an inappropriate time of day<br>Account pin is the lamest security method<br><br>Hello is there a human available to read this.<br>

Writing the posting is a comedy of missteps. I've had to remove certain words(not profanity) and other 'corrections' so the machines can accept this bio unit's information. Definitely run by machines.
