I am outraged that Verizon has put another charge on my phone bill. When it comes to providing internet security, the protection it provides should be maintained and problems should be taken care of as they arise!

Now, I'm being charged another $14.99 for 10 months for the technician to solve their problem! This was a service not charged previously by Verizon. As with large corporations like this, no one is getting anything without paying for it! This is what is wrong with companies like these. Companies who have the money and simply want more...corporate greed and I'm sick of it.

I have just learned that the internet will be free eventually and to that I say Amen!

I pay heavily for my phone, internet and TV and yet Verizon wants more! This is not the way long time or for that matter new customers should be treated and respected.

I just had to say something to relieve the pent up anger I have over this new charge!
