I changed my DVR box to a regular HD box, and my first problem is, they sent me a terrible HD box that didn't even work, you could heere stuff rattling around. So I had to send it back. Then was charged an extra month for the DVR which they said they would credit the next month. Then I got charged $10 for a shipping and handling. Thats bogus.
