Hello.  I have received my email to redeem my free year of amazon prime and a free echo.  I have logged onto the my verizon page multiple times as well as access the app on my phone.  I do not see a link anywhere.  I have called, only to be tranferred between departments with no further assistance.

 

Please let me know where I go from here????
