I moved and had my DSL service changed to Fios transferring my old number to my new address. Since February 20, 2013 installation I am being charged for two phone lines on two separate bills. I am being told I have two phone numbers but only should have triple play service with one line. My TV and inner net service have a different phone number then what my phone number is. I can not use caller I'd or voicemail. I called over ten or more times trying to get this problem taken care of. Tech came to the house, problem is still not corrected. I pay my bill every month on line. I am receiving another bill for service I don't have. I am on fear a my service being terminated because of a mistake that happen on Verizon's behalf during installation. This is April, when will this be correct. Every time I call I have to stay on the phone for long periods of time explaining over and over to different people the same thing.. After which I am told someone will be working on it but problem is still here. What do I do next?

Hi qsdlm,

Please go to your profile page for the forum by clicking on your name, and look at the top of the middle column where you will find an area titled "My Private Support Cases".  There you will find a link to the private board where you and the agent may exchange information. This should be checked on a frequent basis as the agent may be waiting for information from you before they can proceed with any actions. Please keep all correspondence regarding your issue in the private support portal.
