I have been unsuccessful numerous times trying to pay my bill online. It keeps coming up "unable to retrieve my account information". How can I fix this?
Well are you using the app or the web portal? If using the app then go to http://www.verizon.com and login to your account and select pay bill.
if using the web portal and it’s giving that message then download the Fios app and pay the bill from there.
You can also mail the invoice or better yet stop by a Verizon store and pay in person.
or call 1-800-VERIZON and select the automated bill payment service. (A fee applies to this use)
