Unable to get $100 Gift Card Redemption

I've tried through chat, and tried dozens of times online via the redeem me button, but it always goes back to home view.

 

I never even got the email alerting me that I could redeem, but made a note to call them after 60 days.

 

I wonder what the redemption rate is on this? ?
