Unethical billing practices!

For the life of me I can not figure out why you say you are so customer service friendly when every billing cycle I have to take 2 hours out of my day to call and get my bill adjusted to the amount YOU QUOTED ME! It is absolutely ridiculous!  Last month...$52.00 over the quoted price...now this month..$86.00 OVER THE QUOTED PRICE!!!!!! Using the word PATHETIC to describe your business practices would be a compliment. As a consumer, I have never had so many ongoing issues with a company who claims to be customer friendly. I will not pay a dime over what I was quoted, and if this continues, I will have to choice but to bill you $35.00 per hour EVERY TIME I HAVE TO CALL TO DO YOUR JOB FOR YOU!!!!!
