Just politely call them (1-800-Verizon) during so called Business hours. See if they can verify that they received the equipment. If they ask send them Copies of the return info. Lots of times its just delays internally for their various departments to recognize the return. Don't antagonize who ever you call, and they will almost certainly help resolve your issue.
