Your upgrade and renewal center sucks, It is worthless and it's been like that for years. All you do is frustrate your customers giving them the false hope of accomplishing something that is almost impossible to do over the eternal hold over the phone. o yeah, your customer service over the phone sucks too. Try it for yourself. It's 2012 and you guys are stuck in the past with your customer service. It seems that Verizon does not care, this problem has been going on for years and nothing has changed for the better. I'm going to do some research and move on to a company with genuine customer service.
