Recently, I was convinced to renew my subscription for another 2 years with the promise of more channels, faster internet and better phone plus a $120.00 gift card. Nice deal so I took it. What the salesman neglected to tell me was that I would be losing certain channels as well and would have to pay for a more expensive TV package to view these channels again. My idea is to explain to the customer exactly what will happen if he agrees to your "upgrade"
