I've been dealing with this for almost 3 months now without a resolution. Verizon One-Bill is the most unorganized thing ever. I got overbilled 2 times with it and even after receiving a refund, I get a collection on my credit report dropping my score 80 points. I've called Verizon about 25 times and emailed back and forth probably more than that and haven't had a response since March 3rd. I'll be cancelling my wireless in June when the contracts up and will NEVER use any VERIZON services again.

I've already tried that route.. it hasn't worked so far. One thing that did come out of it was my verizon online account went from PAID IN FULL to having a payment past due but no one can tell me why. The account was closed in May 2011 and this came up in JAN 12. And I have print outs with dates that state PAID IN FULL from a when it was closed, 2 consecutive months after, and up until FEB 12. Next step is consulting my attorney. I'd rather spend money on having Verizon make things right than pay Verizon money I don't owe for their incompetence..

I have been dealing with Verizon nearly 10 years within this time, I could write a thesis on my experiences.
At one point I was being bill month after month for a period of 6 months for services that I had not had.
Email, after email were sent, each month. Responses were received from Verizon, but unfortunately the staff could not comprehend the issue. Had they responded and dealt with the issue on month 1 - the staff would have resolved that problem immediately, giving more time to deal with other customers complaints. But no, it went on for 6 months which wasted both their time and mine, with a debt to myself for over $1000 which was not infact owed by me.. I was livid.
Guess, I now have the same issues. My February bill had a balance, which I sent email, after email, explaining why this bill amount due was not being paid, as there were credits due to equal this amount. The service had been put on vacation on 23rd February so therefore that balance would be NIL on the 2nd March bill - On screen it gives this information which would be known to the Verizon staff. I have just checked on Line and sure enough on the billing screen on left hand side it gives this credit and states would be credited on 2nd March bill, but no this has not happened.On 2nd March bill no credit has been put against this balance and it states it is overdue.
I have sent email, after email,(the last one was just minutes ago) giving detailed information as to who we spoke to and requesting that they contact this lady who is employed by Verizon at ST. Petersburgh FL. she would resolve the immediate problem. There is no liaison with each departments over customers problems, which wasted everyone time.

I haven't got an update on this so far, nor has anyone answered previous messages in almost a month.. YOU'RE DOING A GREAT JOB VERIZON!
