Hello. I needed to suspend my FIOS internet and TV service for several months. I thought I had done that by calling Verizon. Now I find that my phone service for my landline was also suspended. Can you suspend only parts of the package? Does anyone know? I can't find that on the FAQs. Thanks.
Don't know but they always suspended everything when I used it. Only thing that remained active was website and email (email is of course now separate). Remember you are asking peers here.
