So after years of trying to JUST switch Account Name (first name ONLY)- same service, same equipment SAME address--the account is totally messed up! the ON LINE account has the previous Name still displayed..my account balance is a mess due to adding and removing features they did to setup ...NOTHING needed to be setup!!!!!

Verizon provides the worst customer service in the industry. Horrible!!!!
