I would like to have someone from verizon contact me about a problem I had yesterday. I realized that the FIOS box on the pole outside my house had an open door on the box whcih services our neighborhood and with bad wqeather looming felt it important to notify the comapny. After being kept on HOLD for in excess of 30 minutes I was finally put in touch with someone who said they would forward the info and that it would be fixed right away. Needless to say that was almost 30 hours ago and the door is still blowing in the wind and the wiring etc is exposed to the weather.
