Signed up for Fios at the end of Oct and was informed that the $100 Gift Card promo would be made available on Dec 4th. For a while, MyAccount show this same information but on Dec 4, the link was deactivated (linked to a blank webpage). Tried online chatting but received no help.

Does others know how to get this gift card?
