I recently changed my Verizon Fios plan online because my contract had ended where the my monthly estimate was roughly $124 (email confirmation below). Today, i logged into my account to change the time for a service request and noticed that my monthly bill was $203. I called the wonderful Verizon customer service twice and spent roughly 1.5 hours with their reps (the first one never documented the notes) whom couldn't resolve the issue so i requested an escalation to a manager but none was avialable (what a suprise!!).
Since my account is on autopay I might not have noticed this major error for a while and I am sure Verizon wouldn't have collecting my payments.
