They do have customer service.. I am sorry for the incov. did you get any emails * pertaining to the change * you can also sign into your acct online and make changes there. I just did that to get the online price. I love fios too *
Verizon is the worst. Tool my land line out on July 4th. Wanted me to covert to Fios which is a terrible service. Dead phone line and zero assistance from workers there. supervisors consider bad employees vendors. and these vensors can cancel your service at a whim. Switch to another provider ASAP if you do not want fios. After 30 years I've had it. Can't wait to switch.
