Verizon Fios Customer Service Reps are liars and this company is a fraud

A few months ago, I blogged about how I signed a two year contract but my monthly price kept increasing. I was told the two year contract  only meant that I would be customer for two years and did not guarantee that price for two years. Then after calling customer service numerous times, being disrespected and ignored, I eventually blogged about it. I then received a message saying that they will work something out. After talking with Laura, she gave me the discounts back and said I was all set going forward. This made me happy, I love Fios and I would hate to go back to Time Warner.

Now let's fast forward till today when I noticed my bill increased another $21. I will be calling the NY State General Attorney because this is unbelievable. I am so frustrated with this company and I will not tolerate this any longer.
