We have been paying $39.00 for 3 years and we transferred our service to our new address on 3.19.18 and our last bill shot up to $84.99 for <1 day of service. I'm also paying $39.99 on the new bill for the same billing month.
We are very upset about this, as you can imagine, and we want this resolved as soon as possible. Please let us know what we can do. We have already attempted to call in and the representative was very rude and said we just had to pay it and that there was nothing wrong with the bill and that we were reading it wrong. I asked if I could view the bill online and he said no it has details that only he can see and that he will mail us one so that we can see all the information that we're missing. I was able to find the pdf bills on the website without any problem.
