Hi, I upgraded my fios double play to triple play since they have a good promotion offer online. Here is my order summary with estimated monthly payment.
But look at my new bill after my upgrade. The billing dep't told me to fax my order to prove what my story. I was lucky that I printed it. And also I paid my previous statement which is $55 for double play bundle but they billed me for partial month for $65...that's a total of $120.
I will update you next week since I fax already my order summary.

I tried to use live chat for my billing problem and agent Shirley H was amazing that she and her supervisor found a way to give the promotional offer I ordered online when they see the order summary I faxed. Shirley was really working hard to investigate my case unlike the agent I talked in the billing dep't. Shirley emailed me that I have to be patient because it will reflect 1-2 billing cycle. So, I'm happy for now.
