Hi my parents are thinking on cancelling our verizon fios service and switching to Direct tv for the lower price and channels available. I have seen a few advertisements in which you can create a bundle with highspeed internet, Phone, and a Direct TV. Can anyone please tell me more information about this. I've tried running availavility checks(for highspeed internet) but i get denied which makes no sense because i had high speed internet and direct tv in the past before switching to FIOS. Is there a legit site to check availavility or is it verizon trying to stop customers from switching/downgrading...
Thanks for any help in advance

Bundle pricing is generally the best pricing you'll find.
For bundles info please see http://www22.verizon.com/residential/bundles/overview#fios
Here are links with all means to contact Verizon: http://www22.verizon.com/content/ContactUs/. The Chat link will load after the page is fully loaded.
Hope this helps.
