I redeemed my Verizon Prepaid code through the link a month ago. There has been a little section on my account that says "check status" The status never changed in this whole month. Now I can't even check status, everything to do with the card has disappeared from my account, on top of me never receiving it. Is this normal? Is the $200 gift card a scam?

You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
