Hi,
I took an offer from Verizon to upgrade to FIos TV, Phone, internet bundle on June 8 with visa reward of $250. Rep confirmed its done. Email mentioned only $100. After many calls,Supervisor from Verizon added $150 to the card to make it $250. I came into Fullfilment and rewards site as 2 order of $100 and $150. Today while checking reward status it say one order of $150 is cancelled. On Calling Verizon, Supervisor MIke H denied the offer was ever made by looking into Notes.
Asked to contact fullfilment and file report to Verizon Dispute. Found this forum before going to BBB and official claim to see if anyone also experienced the same issue with Verizon
