Last month, I ordered the triple play anc cancelled my other cable provider to save money. So far, it's been a disaster. DirecTv was actually awesome. They arrived on time on 7/30 and installed my service. We love it. BUT, getting Verizon to iinstall our high-speed internet has been a mess. They acknowledge that they have a problem on their end and seemingly cant fix it. My wife and I have spoken to no less than 10 people on their support desk and keep getting cold-transferred around. I cant belive it is this difficult for them. We've had our home phone with Verizon for years. So, the main and only problem is getting our high speed internet set up.
We like DirecTv and just couldnt have imagined that Verizon would have such poor order fulfillment or we would have just kept Cablevision for Internet and just moved our TV to DirecTv....Any ideas on how to deal with Verizon here are appreciated....Can someone help?
